There are several ways to use Indeed for healthcare hiring, but after a key date in 2026, only one will maintain the kind of applicant visibility you’ve grown accustomed to.
Here’s all you need to know to keep your staffing on track:
What is changing at Indeed?
Beginning March 31, 2026, Indeed is updating how organic job visibility works.
Previously, organic visibility was available for all jobs, whether they were posted directly on an Indeed hosted account, through recruitment marketing tools, or distributed via a partner Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
After March, employers using a single source feed will no longer be able to do so. Indeed will require employers to use a qualified ATS partner, like Apploi, or post jobs on Indeed directly. Additionally, jobs hosted on Indeed are now to a maximum of three for 30 days. Any excess jobs posted on Indeed will require sponsorship.
These changes do not affect jobs posted through a company ATS that has an Indeed Apply integration, like Apploi.

How can I get my job posts shown more?
To reduce any negative impacts of this update, ensure that you’re working with an ATS that incorporates Indeed Apply, like Apploi. In-Platform Sponsorship

Simply choose to promote the job post, and specify your budget and how long you’d like to run the sponsorship. From there, Indeed’s analytics will show you how the post performs. You’re charged per click, and the sponsorship will automatically end once your max spend is hit.

Indeed Direct Sponsorship
If you’d prefer to work with Indeed firsthand, you can control your sponsorship and recruitment campaign with them. Your sponsored jobs will still be created and managed within Apploi, but an Indeed representative will be involved in your job post strategy and billing.
