Prior to Apploi, Danielle served as the Head of Product for Reed – the UK’s largest job board. She is also the former co-founder of Supply Chain Tech, Treble partners.
Natalie has over 20+ years working in HR/recruiting tech managing global and national sales and customer service teams for companies such as Upwork, Hireology, and Brooksource. In her role as CRO she is able to apply her expertise and passion for solving hard problems customers face in talent acquisition space.
Jay has been with Apploi ever since the inception of its SaaS pivot. He started his career as a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher, then helped build and sell a financial data and analytics company (Capital IQ) to Standard & Poor’s, and then managed a division there. Jay is passionate about the very unique culture here at Apploi.
Rob is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in leading teams and delivering innovative software solutions. He brings a diverse background, having worked in various sectors including startups, non-profits, large corporations, and government entities. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
Di is the founder of Apploi’s scheduling solution – OnCall. After Apploi’s acquisition of OnCall in Nov. 2022, Di joined the Apploi team as our Scheduling General Manager. Di brings 10 years of product management experience and a passion for making healthcare staffing practices sustainable and scalable.
In her twenty years with healthcare nonprofit Mayo Clinic, Sharon Gabrielson implemented an array of B2B and consumer tech solutions to help make healthcare more accessible, intuitive, and appealing. These included tools like the Mayo Clinic’s first voice-enabled search function, and a chatbot capable of providing advice on managing chronic conditions.
Pat Mulloy currently serves as Board Chair of Argentum, the leading trade association representing the senior living industry. In the past 25 years, Pat was one of the founders of and served as CEO of Atria Senior Living, Life Trust Senior Living, and Elmcroft Senior Living. Pat brings decades of experience operating skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities. His leadership has focused on building associate centric teams. Pat’s background in law and public policy has helped him develop a nimble, relationship-based approach to senior living care, spanning his service in these roles.
As ZipRecruiter’s Head of Strategic Partnerships, Jonathan Fields created and managed numerous organizational relationships, including key integrations with hundreds of job boards. Jonathan then turned his knowledge of recruitment and retention to a new venture—becoming co-founder and CEO of Assembly, an employee recognition platform that helps businesses bolster company culture.
