Adam founded Apploi after working in management consulting at Accenture. In that time, Adam saw first-hand how many HR teams lacked systems and tools to make their efforts scalable. With Apploi, Adam brings his passion to life – helping healthcare solve the ongoing hiring crisis.
Natalie has over 20+ years working in HR/recruiting tech managing global and national sales and customer service teams for companies such as Upwork, Hireology, and Brooksource. In her role as CRO she is able to apply her expertise and passion for solving hard problems customers face in talent acquisition space.
After his successful stint at HealthcareSource, Plourde served as the CTO at ConnectRN, one of the country’s largest digital staffing agencies for nurses. His role provided him with firsthand experience of the challenges within the nursing labor and staffing agency sectors, making him exceptionally well-suited to lead Apploi’s technological innovations.
With over 15+ years leading SaaS finance, operations and human resource teams, Alla has a passion for empowering high growth startups to scale while building best in class people-focused programs. She is a strategy-driven leader with active involvement shaping company’s long-term vision.
Jay has been with Apploi ever since the inception of its SaaS pivot. He started his career as a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher, then helped build and sell a financial data and analytics company (Capital IQ) to Standard & Poor’s, and then managed a division there. Jay is passionate about the very unique culture here at Apploi.
Rob is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in leading teams and delivering innovative software solutions. He brings a diverse background, having worked in various sectors including startups, non-profits, large corporations, and government entities. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
Elliot leads our operations and analytics teams – owning Apploi’s priority to build scalable processes and gain deeper insight into the healthcare hiring market. Prior to joining Apploi, Elliot received his MBA in Analytics and worked at RevelOne for over 5 years in data and analytics.
Tim is a CFA charterholder with over 18 years of experience with FP&A and Corporate Development for Fortune 500 companies.

In her twenty years with healthcare nonprofit Mayo Clinic, Sharon Gabrielson implemented an array of B2B and consumer tech solutions to help make healthcare more accessible, intuitive, and appealing. These included tools like the Mayo Clinic’s first voice-enabled search function, and a chatbot capable of providing advice on managing chronic conditions.
Pat Mulloy currently serves as Board Chair of Argentum, the leading trade association representing the senior living industry. In the past 25 years, Pat was one of the founders of and served as CEO of Atria Senior Living, Life Trust Senior Living, and Elmcroft Senior Living. Pat brings decades of experience operating skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities. His leadership has focused on building associate centric teams. Pat’s background in law and public policy has helped him develop a nimble, relationship-based approach to senior living care, spanning his service in these roles.
Ben Wolin’s robust career reveals a passion for mapping digital innovation to healthcare needs. Following his time as Beliefnet’s VP of Production & Technology, Ben founded Everyday Health, a digital media company focused on wellness. Under Ben’s direction, Everyday Health grew from a startup to a leading educational healthcare resource. Currently, Ben is the CEO of Covetrus, a global animal-health technology and services company that brings visionary innovation to veterinary medicine.
Randi Zuckerberg is an entrepreneur, investor, bestselling author, Tony-winning producer, Managing Director of Broadway Beta Ventures, SiriusXM business show host, children’s television creator, and founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media. As Facebook’s former director of market development and creator of Facebook Live, Zuckerberg’s investment in media and tech shines through lasting innovations.
Chanie Rubin’s addition to the team comes at a pivotal time for Apploi, as the company experiences significant growth in the Therapy market segment. Chanie’s expertise as Co-founder of Proud Moments ABA, the Northeast’s largest provider of ABA therapy for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum, will undoubtedly further enhance Apploi’s mission to address a broader breadth of healthcare market segments.

As an angel investor, Mark was an early investor in companies such as Nutanix, Lattice, Thoughtspot, Rubrik, and Riskified, along with 50 other investments, largely focused on SaaS.
